Are your meeting rooms wheelchair friendly?

United Co’s Fitzroy location has been designed to be accessible by all. All our communal spaces and facilities are wheelchair friendly. Our 8 and 10 person meeting rooms, workshop room, boardroom and training room as well as our event space are wheelchair accessible. Please contact our team for more information.

Do you allow assistance dogs?

Registered assistance dogs are welcome at United Co. Please liaise with our team for more information.

How do I reach your venue by public transport?

United Co. is easily reached by public transport. It’s just a short tram ride from parliament station on tram 86. Victoria Park railway station is at walking distance.

How do I access the on-site car parking?

Guests can purchase a car parking day pass online or at our front desk upon arrival. The United Co. level 2 car park can be accessed via the roller door in Leicester Street. 

Are there any places to eat near your venue?

You can order food and drinks from our onsite cafe and have everything delivered to your meeting room or organise catering in advance. If you like to go for a stroll, there are numerous cafes, restaurants and bars in and around Smith Street. 

What are your business hours?

Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. We are closed on public holidays. Our boardroom, training room and event space can be booked outside of our regular business hours. Please contact the United Co. team to make a after hours booking. 

Are your meeting rooms available for after-hours bookings?

Our boardroom, training room and event space are available for after hours and weekend bookings. United Co. members can arrange access to meeting rooms outside of our business hours upon request. Please contact our team for more information on bookings outside of our regular business hours. 

Are your meeting rooms available for filming & photography?

United Co. meeting rooms as well as some other spaces in our building are available for filming and photography depending on availability. Please find more information on our dedicated page https://unitedco.com.au/filming-photography/

Can I cancel my meeting room booking?

You can cancel your meeting room hire free of charge up to 10 business days ahead of your booking. If you cancel your booking within 10 days of booking, our cancellation policy applies.

How do I book/pay for a meeting room?

United Co. meeting rooms can be booked online through our website. If you are having trouble completing your booking or have any queries, please contact our team.

Do I have to be a United Co. member to book a meeting room?

Anyone can book a meeting room at United Co. If you are hosting regular meetings in Melbourne, it would be worth considering a meeting room membership which will give you access to our meeting room hire at reduced rates.
