Reduce our Environmental Footprint

Environment.

We integrated a number of environmental initiatives throughout our operations and promote sustainability within our community.

  • Motion-activated sensor lights, energy rated glass, solar power & green energy help us reduce energy consumption.
  • Water-saving fixtures and fittings as well as rainwater tanks reduce the use of fresh water.
  • We actively reduce waste were possible, promote recycling by providing waste segregation bins and choose to work with a waste management partner that strives for ZERO waste and a circular economy
  • We promote eco friendly transportation. By providing secure bicycle storage and quality end-of-trip facilities we support the cyclist in our community. An electric car charging station is available for members who own and electric vehicle. We strategically chose our location close to public transport.
  • Good ventilation and ample natural light ensure indoor environmental quality for a healthy and comfortable work environment. Green spaces with indoor plants improve air quality and create a calm environment. We minimise allergens and pollutants and exclusively use eco friendly cleaning products.
  • Our members have access to an outdoor space on the communal rooftop garden with Australian native plants. We offer selected office suites with private terraces.
