United Co. offers a range of different video conference rooms with advanced equipment for flawless meetings with remote teams and clients no matter where they are. High brightness screens, HD cameras and microphones, acoustically treated rooms and a high-speed internet connection will ensure that your virtual presentations will be crystal clear. Built-in speakers and microphones provide audio pick-up and play-back across the room. Wide-angle cameras with auto framing ensure that everyone in the room is accurately captured. Hearing augmentation is available to deliver presentations and video conferencing directly and clearly to those who are hearing impaired. Our dedicated meeting and events coordinator is available to help you connect your devices at the start of your meeting. Our conference rooms seat between 7 and 20 people. If you are planning a larger hybrid or virtual event our event space can be converted into an interactive virtual event studio to reach audiences around the world.

Are the conference rooms wheelchair friendly?

All of United Co’s conference rooms are wheelchair accessibale. Our building’s main entrance and communal spaces are all accessible and ambulant toilets are available on every floor.

Can I bring my assistance dog to a conference at united co?

Registered assistance dogs are welcome at United Co. Please liaise with our team for more information.

How do I reach your conference venue by public transport?

United Co. is easily accessible by public transport. It’s just a short tram ride from parliament station on tram 86. Victoria Park railway station is walking distance.

Are your conference rooms equipped with hearing augmentation?

Our Vienna conference room is equipped with infrared hearing augmentation with 2 headsets so anyone with a hearing aid or diability can participate seaslessly in the meeting and/or video conference.

Which video conferencing platforms can be used at United Co. conference roooms?

United Co. provides a BYO system in all conference rooms. You can bring your own laptop or tablet and connect . Simply plug the Logitec Swytch Y-adaptop into your USB-A or USB-C and you are fully connected to to the buiolt-in camera’s and microphones. If you are using a Mac device, please download the display link driver before your meeting.

Are your conference rooms available for after-hours bookings?

Our boardrooms and event space can be booked outside of our regular business hours. Additional charges and minimum spend may apply. Please contact our team for information on availability and pricing.

Can I cancel my conference room booking?

You can cancel your conference room hire free of charge up to 10 business days ahead of your booking. If you cancel your booking within 10 days of booking, our cancellation policy applies.
