Do you answer my calls in my company's name?

Yes, our professional receptionists will answer your calls in your company name and script. You can personalise your greeting and let us know how you prefer your calls to be handled. You will be guided through the setup of your account during the onboarding process.

Do you answer all calls even after office hours?

United Co. offers live call answering during standard business hours, which are Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. If you receive a call outside of business hours, the call will be diverted to a voicemail or a nominated phone number depending on your preferences.

Can I pick my own phone number of choice?

When you sign up for a virtual telephone answering service we will assign you an available local phone number. If you already own a phone number you can port your number onto our service.

How do I access my messages?

Depending on your account preferences your virtual receptionist will take messages and notify you via email or your calls will be diverted to your voicemail which you will easily be able to access via the portal.

Can you screen my calls and divert certain callers to me?

Yes, you will be able set your preferences in the account portal. Your virtual receptionist can screen phone calls and relay messages if you choose not to take the call.
