What are the different workspace solutions that United Co. offers?
United Co. offers a range of flexible workspace memberships including coworking, virtual offices, hybrid offices, private offices and enterprise solutions.
If you require ad-hoc workspace you can book a casual office, meeting room, conference room, boardroom or training room at United Co. without the need for a membership.
Are mail and package services included with my membership?
If you have a virtual business address, hybrid office membership, dedicated desk or private office or enterprise suite at United Co. you will be able to receive mail and parcels. Our front desk will accept any mail or parcels directed to your business or team members registered on your account while you have an active membership. Coworking Memberships do not include mail handling. You are able to add mail handling to your coworking membership by signing up for a virtual business address.
Can I hire your meeting and event spaces even though I'm not a United Co. member?
Anyone can book a meeting room at United Co. You can conveniently view and book our meeting rooms, conference rooms, boardroom and training rooms on our website. If you are organising an event please reach out to our customer service team to discuss your requirements.
Can I change my membership after I've signed up?
United Co. provides flexible memberships. We understand that your requirements may change over time. If you like to explore different membership options, please reach out to our team at any time.
What is United Co's Cancellation Policy?

Members App & Billing
How do I make a payment?
If you are a member you can set up your preferred payment method in the member’s app. If you are booking one of our meeting or event spaces, please contact our sales team on 03 7018 8888 to make a payment.
What payments methods do you offer?
United Co. members can set up a direct debit in the members app. You can select either a bank account or credit card for your direct debit. If you are making a booking please contact our team to make a credit card payment.
Do I have to pay a Security Deposit? Is this refundable?
Memberships with 24/7 access require a security deposit. Your security deposit is fully refundable once your membership ends.
What can I do in the Members App?
The United Co. members app is a desktop and mobile app through which members can connect, keep up to date on community events, book meeting rooms and access their billing. If you require assistance you can also use the app to lodge a support ticket.
How do I get access to Members App?
You can download the members app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. During the onboarding process, your community manager will send you an invitation.
Where can I view my invoices?
Members can view all their invoices and billing information in the members app.
How to update the company details in my invoice?
To update your company details, please reach out to our team or lodge a support ticket via the members app.
What does my monthly invoice include?
Your monthly invoice includes your monthly members fees. Any additional services you request are invoiced seperately.
Meeting & Event Space Bookings
Do I need to book a meeting space in advance?
You can book your meeting room, conference room, boardroom or training room via the members app. Please reach out to our team to book the event space. We can accommodate last-minute bookings, but recommend making a booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
How do I modify or cancel a booking?
You can simply write us an email or contact your event coordinator if you want to modify or cancel a booking. Please note the cancellation policy may apply.
Do I receive refund if I cancel my booking?
Depending on the space you booked and how much notice you give for your cancellation charges may apply. Please review the cancellation policy before making a booking.
Do I need to book an appointment to view the space?
If you are interested in viewing our meeting rooms and event spaces before making a booking we recommend booking a tour with one of our sales consultants. Our sales consultant will take you through the available options.
Can I add catering to my booking?
Our in-house cafe is the exclusive caterer to United Co. The cafe specialises in healthy Australian cuisine with fresh, local ingredients. Catering needs to be ordered at least 3 days prior to your event. If you require food or drinks during your meeting you can order at the cafe and have the food delivered to your room or use the QR to view the menu and place an order.

Do you have video conferencing facilities?
United Co. has a range of conference rooms with built-in video conferencing equipment. You can view and book the room on the website. If you are a member you can make a booking in the members app.
How to connect my laptop in a meeting room?
Meeting rooms are equipped with screen-sharing facilities. You can share wirelessly or connect with a HDMI or USB connector. Our team can assist you at the start of the meeting.
Do you have HDMI cables available?
We have a range of HDMI cables and converters available for use in the meeting rooms. If you cannot find the correct cable in the room, please reach out to our meeting room host.
Do you have wireless screensharing?
All of our meeting rooms are equipped with wireless screen-sharing technology. If you are unable to connect wirelessly we can provide you with cables to connect.
IT & Internet
How do I connect to the WiFi at Unitedco?
All the meeting rooms have login details for the WiFi provided. if you are utulising our coworking or office space for the first time, our team will provide you with login details on arrival.
Do you provide high speed internet?
United Co. provides wireless access to members via the UnitedCoMembers network. Users share the bandwidth. Our reliable, high-speed fibre internet connection allows members and guests to perform standard tasks without issue. For a faster internet connection office members can plug their devices into the data ports.
Guests and non-members can log in to the UnitedCoGuests network*.
United Co. offers Dedicated Bandwidth for members who wish to reserve bandwidth for their exclusive use.
How do I install United Co. printing services?
Please reach out to our team or lodge a support ticket via the members app. The front desk team can assist you with your printing account setup.
How to connect my device to a TV in a conference room?
You can connect with the available HDMI and USB cables or connect wirelessly. You can find instructions in the room or reach out to our meeting room host for assistance.
I am having trouble connecting my device to TV, what should I do?
Our meeting room host is available to help you connect your devices.
Building & Security
How to adjust the temperature in my office?
The temperature in your office is centrally controlled. If you would like to adjust the temperature in the room please contact the front desk for assistance.
Is a workspace at United Co. secure?
The United Co. building has access control and cc-tv for your peace of mind. Fire services are in place. In case of an emergency or if you suspect a security break please reach out to the community manager straight away.
I lost my keys, what should I do?
Please notify our team immediately. We will cancel your electronic access card or fob. Our team will arrange replacement keys or access cards.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets, but in order to ensure a pleasant workspace for everyone, we ask you to leave your pets at home.
If you wish to bring a support animal to your meeting or office, please contact our team in advance.
Do you have bike storage?
United Co. provides secure bicycle storage and end-of-trip facilities for members. Please reach out to our team to gain access to the bike storage.
Can I bring my own office furniture?
United Co. provides a turn-key office solution. Offices are fully fitted and furnished with sit-to-stand desks, ergonomic task chairs and mobile storage pedestals. If you wish to remove (some) of the furniture and bring your own please contact the community manager.
