To create a positive and safe environment, we’ve outlined a Code Of Conduct for all visitors and guests who use the co-working space. This includes some rules to be followed when using shared areas, meeting rooms and premises.

• Leave shared areas and meeting rooms as you found them. You will be held liable for any damage or defacement caused to any United Co. furniture, equipment or property.
• Put all glasses, mugs, plates and any other kitchenware in the kitchen. Please wash them and put them away.
• Respect our members and their belongings.
• Respect the privacy of all users. Information discussed or overheard must be kept confidential.
• Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, harassing, intimidating or derogatory behaviour and speech towards all members or staff.
• Alcohol cannot be brought in by visitors.
• Be mindful of those around you. Please keep your voice down and no swearing.
• You are the only one responsible for your belongings, so take care of them!
• Appropriate use of the internet is expected – be mindful of downloading files that may slow down the Wi-Fi and try and avoid excessive or unnecessary use.
• Do not engage in any illegal activities on the premises or you will be held accountable by the law.
• Visitors access is restricted to the shared areas.
